请教高手英国签证表格中的几个小问题，谢谢

小弟最近准备到英国开一个学术会议，要办理一个商务签证，关于VAF1C表格中的几个小问题，需要向各位出过国的前辈请教。

第一个问题：

     表格中8.1  If you are not a national of the country in which you are applying, what permission do you have to stay in that country?

        实在是不明白是什么意思，我的国籍是中国，请问如何填写？



第二个问题：

    表格中5.1 What are your current personal circumstances?

       其中有个选项Student, please give details of the course and institution you attend in the box provided; then go to 5.2
   
        请问是填写我目前在学校学习的课程吗？

第三个问题：
   
    请问需要买个短期境外保险吗？材料清单中并未说。

第四个问题：

    没有邮寄过来的邀请函，只有电子版的，彩色打印出来不知好用否？
