我对NTL的疑惑！！！

昨天我用NTl配合China Dragon给国内打电话，将近二十分钟才从NTl卡上扣除40P，这倒可以接受。
刚才我又用同样的方式打往国内，才说6分钟就把NTL卡上剩下的4镑39P都给报销了！！
这到底是怎么一回事啊？按照NTl的收费标准，周末播打0845是一分钟1P啊！
很Faint的说！！

To Dear Wella:Thank you very much for your precious suggestion!As for me,there are five compulsory modules in this term.I am not that busy at the present time.But I will surely be around the clock in the very near future.By the way,in my dormitory,there is only a NTL telephone.Therefore,if I want to make a telephone call in my room,I have no choise but use the NTL phone,as I have not got my mobile phone.

To Dear Emilywin:可是NTL的charge 表格上是说只要是周末播打，就是1.0p/min啊。

如果国内电话多，一般是开一部最便宜的月租电话，配合saver card(或其它类似的电话卡）使用。saver用的人比较多，虽然它不是最便宜的，但性价比不错。挑卡时小心啊，有些卡虽然超便宜，但有时间限制的（一般是最小号字体印刷在卡上），3个月后过期，打不完也会报废的。

你被charge的钱多了，估计是非优惠时段打的

Experiencially to say that you d better dial London access 0207 124 2880/1 next time when u use Dragon card to make a international call; because 0845 access will charge u much more.
First of all u should choose a right, of course the cheapest period of time to make a international call. As I know, Saturdays are the best choice for u to call anywhere, other offpeak time such as Sundays and each night could be the second choice----pay attention here that offpeak time for international calls is after8.00pm and before8.00am.
Furthermore, to save ur money both in NTL and Dragon u should avoid dialing international mobile phone numbers. Just make it clear before u call ur families or friends in China or other countries that the numbers u are going to dial are not for Mobiles but for landlines!
That s it! Its almost all I have known about telephone cards. So, good luck and enjoy ur calling time guys!

By the way,I m quite busy, actually it should be crazy, in me Msc courses. How about all of u guys?
