求助：住宿申请

请问，现在已经是uncon的offer，住宿已经申请了，一般什么时候公布分配房间的结果啊？
是最后8月统一安排住宿，还是有一批申请就分配一批啊？

尤其是官方的GUIDE更让我不解：
Students who have no outstanding conditi##被过滤## against their offer to study by 31 May 2008 - including deferred students
You will be offered places in hall by 31 July 2008.
Students meeting their conditi##被过滤## to study after 31 May 2008
Postgraduates
We offer postgraduate students a place in hall within two weeks of the conditi##被过滤## to study having been met and confirmed to the Accommodation Service by your Academic School.

哪位有经验，帮忙解答下哈～

First, congratulati##被过滤##!!!
Second, you won't get the room number until you arrive. When you apply for the campus accommodati##被过滤##, you are asked to choose the hall but not the room. Different halls have various locati##被过滤##, conditi##被过滤## and prices. You give three choices, and then your school will send you the accommodation offer letter to confirm the hall you would live in. Normally, it is your first choice. When you arrive in Southampton campus, you go to the hall reception and then you can get the key with the room number. If you have special requirement of the room, you need to talk to the co-ordinator.
By the way, if you would come at the end week of september, the university has arrange coaches to pick up the new students from the heathrow airport.

我之前就是这个问题，发邮件作用不大的，可以说没有。直接打电话才有用。打电话也打了两次才有用！
