When he's a school boy, he sent a complaint letter to Blue Peter, because of being unhappy about words there would never be another liner built of comparable status. He got a Blue Peter Badge, still not happy.

2004, he's on the largest liner ever built----QM2, designed by himself. On the ship, he received the Golden Blue Peter Badge.
