新的‘Secure English Language Testing’政策已经出台，学生需要注意了!

英国ZF将针对申请计点积分制第四层级(普通类)学习本科以下课程的成年学生实行强制性的安全英语语言测试. 这一新的要求将于2010年8月12日生效。

该要求将针对所有计点积分制第四层级下低于学位课程的申请者，但不包括预科学位（foundation degree）课程（含苏格兰HND项目，但英格兰或威尔士的HND项目除外）及英语课程的学生申请者。具体的什么级别的课程需要这样的英语测试请看下表：

* For operational reasons, we are currently not accepting applications for English language courses in North India, South China, Nepal and Bangladesh. There is also a wider Tier 4 operational pause in South China. Please visit the country specific websites for latest updates

另外英国移民局对于提供安全英语测试的测试中心也做出了进一步的审核，并推出了详细的被移民局认可的英语测试表，这进一步的规范了学生的英语水平证书的来源。也就是说从2010年的8月12日起学生递交签证申请时必须递交有效的英语水平证书，并且这些证书只能是以下几种中的一种，其它不被移民局认可的英语考试机构将不被接受：

1.
Level B1, Test of English as a foreign Language-Internet Based Test （TOEFL IBT), 发证机构为Educational Testing Service, 有效期为2年

2.
Level B1, Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic), 发证机构为Pearson, 有效期为2年

3.
Level B1, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - General Training or Academic Module, 发证机构为University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations

其它9种由Uiversity of Cambridge ESOL Examinations发放的证书为：

1.Level B2, International Legal English Certificate (ILEC), 有效期为永久

2.Level B2, International Certificate in Financial English (ICFE), 有效期为永久

3. Level C2,Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE), 有效期为永久

4. Level C1,Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), 有效期为永久

5. Level B2, Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage, 有效期为永久

6. Level C1, Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher, 有效期为永久

7. Level B1, Business English Certificate (BEC) Preliminary, 有效期为永久

8. Level B2, First Certificate in English (FCE), 有效期为永久

9. Level B1, Preliminary English Test, 有效期为永久
