One en-suite single room (i.e.,  with its own toilet, basin,
and shower) will be availiable at 42 Blendheim
Gardens Highfield (SO17 3RQ) on 4 April.

The location is perfect: (1) 1 minute to university and
2-3 minutes to the Library, (2) Highfield is the safest
area around the University, (3) 4 supermarkets within
10-20 minutes walking distance, and (4) 2 bus stati##被过滤## within
2-3 minutes walking distance.

The condition is at the top in the area. For example,
we get a brand new big kitchen for you. Originally, the house
is a family house (the family moved to another city last Sep) and so
its quality is much higher ordinary student accommodation.
Moreover, if you still have some more requirements, we can discuss.

But its rent is very cheap, 70 pounds per week (an en-suite single
room of university accommodation is more than 90 pounds and also
far away from the main compus) including the bill of Internet
connection and TV licence. Long term is preferred but short term
could be negotiatable.
