很长的E文，不过文字并不讲究，呵呵，对此作者在文中有所说明~~
作者本人是有多国学习、工作背景的mba，措辞或许有些偏激，但他的经历和心得我认为很有借鉴意义。

In the UK, it is quite difficult to find jobs. Whatever u studied. So u must  
have more skills. To Chinese,u must stree on your language skill, not your  
academic skill if u want to find jobs in the UK.Degree to the employer is just  
something plus,do not expect too much about your degree achieved which could  
help you find job easily in the UK.

MBA is not math, nothing with Math.Not at all.

If you want to find jobs in London, you had better learn more and more  
language. I graduated from a University in Tokyo, And I was in Tokyo 5 years.  
So they hire me mainly since I can speak Chinese and Japanese.MBA is just  
something plus. Of course MBS is the name which helped me a lot as well.

If u want to survive in London, u had better learn more and more.

Therefore I am learning French, ACCA and Chartered institute of Marketing  
qualificati##被过滤##.

I also have a dream to become Phd from one of the best universitiese in the  
states.

In London, most of people can speak 3 languages. It is really important to  
never stop learning. otherwise being sacked is very likely.

I am just 26 now.  

I worked in a Credit Card firm when I was in Tokyo as well.

I tell all of u that Tokyo and London are really not jokes.You must get more  
and more skills possible. Otherwise Bye Bye by the companies right now.
In Manchester, it is very complicated university system.

MBA and expensive Phd is only at Manchester Business School,

MSc (Business studies) and cheap Phd is only at Manchester school of management  
at UMIST

Also, Manchester university provides the MSc program,

Then Manchester business school + Manchester school of management + other  
Manchester university relevenet department + other busines college in  
Manchester called Manchester Federal school of Manchester (MFSM)

MFSM is aimint at European Harward.

UMIST and Manchester univeristy are seperate universties, but they allied  
together, but not mergered, Just partly combined, it is very difficult to  
understand its structure

So what I say Msc in accoutning at Manchester University is nothing with  
Manchester business school.

Manchester business school is in paper the part of Manchester university, But  
it is very independent.

Like London business school, it is the part of University of London, but small  
numbers of people know it.


MBS's fair position in my view is:

UK No2-3

Europe: No 6-8

USA equally: 25-30

World: 30-40

That is very objective. I never say MBS is the world-class.

But it is quite OK in the UK.

I did exchange program in UBC in Vancouver last year.

MBS MBA means nothing in North America,just like UBC MBA is nothing in Europe,  
although UBC MBA is 59th in the world, far better than Some Asian leading BS.

So MBS is a really local leading BS, not the world class leading in real terms

Any BS among the FT2001 BS ranking table top 30 out of 100 in total are the  
world stantard best in my view.

That is why I will do Phd in one of the best in the states, not in the UK

FT Ranking table is quite fair to judge the BS in my view  

I tell u it is rubbish school.

The course is hard, but not pratical.

UBC itself like Chinese university in Canada. Most of them are Chinese.

UBC is 59th in the FT2001 ranking table, Manchester business school is 36th  
there. but I tell u , UBC in my view, is really rubbish!!!! not worth 59th.

The huge gap between UBC and a world top 30,

But smaller gap between MBS and a world top 30, that is my view based on  
personal experecine.
