要看房吗? 小心! Want Viewing the House? Be Careful!
这两人明明就是夫妻, 之前明明是男女朋友, 但这女的janssy chen都不明讲, 还跟房东一搭一唱吞过中国学生订金100镑. 这女的离过婚来这边是为拿身份, 帮这英国房东找中国人租房. 2006年6月自己都还没拿到学生签证, 人都还没看过房子, 知道房东为人前就先帮贴帖子, 净管攀交这英国佬, 不管别人死活, safe or not. 现在大概嫌人老, 拿到永居了, 英国公民也快到手了, 先偷汉子, 在超苹登交友, 身份一直都写单身, 要她改都不改.

我是2006年9月来英国的，学生签证一年，IGS一年（就是PSW的前身），结婚签证两年，于2010年12月拿到永居。
为了去其他国家旅游方面，我在考虑申请入籍，有几个问题请教知情人：
1. 关于可以申请入籍的时间有几种说法，
一是说拿到永居后，来英国时间共满五年就可以申请，就我的情况，就是今年9月可以申请；
二是说拿到永居后，来英国时间共满三年就可以申请，就我的情况，就是目前就可以申请；
三是说不管来英多久，永居满一年可以申请，就我的情况，就是今年12月可以申请。
请问哪一种是准确的呢？
2. 我是配偶签转永居，自身没有工作，这种情况下申请入籍，需要什么材料？用哪个申请表？

MS是第二种情况，LZ现在就可以申请了。
申请表应该也在HO的网站找得到的吧。LZ没工作应该不是问题。

我是记得我在哪里读到过 如果LZ老公是英国籍，LZ3年就可以在永居直接申请入籍，如果不是应该是5年了，但是印象不深刻了，不太确定。。。但是LZ在配偶签证两年后申请了永居，LZ的配偶除了是永居的身份或是英国国籍，还有什么可能呢？

而且我也说的很清楚，如果LZ的老公是英国公民，并且LZ在英国居住满3年，那肯定是可以在拿到永居以后不需要再等待12个月，就可以申请国籍
不然，就必须在拿到永居后12个月才能申请国籍，就算LZ的老公是永居
特例就只有一种情况，那就是LZ的老公是英国公民
不过这点LZ并没有讲明
所以光凭LZ目前所提供的信息，不能肯定LZ就一定适用第二种情况
p.s. LZ自己所说的第一种情况也是根本不存在的

我补充一下，我的老公是英国籍。
这样看来，我要是愿意可以现在就提出申请了。
很汗颜地再问一下，我在HO网站看到很多关于入籍的，感觉自己的应该填这个表
Naturalisation as a British citizen（Form AN)
材料提供我是应该属于这一类吧：

Then I found, indeed, you are a divorced woman, and you are cheating chinese for this british, now your husband.
