Who knows any information about Real Estate

I'm applying the course about real estate in 2011.
I got the offer of "Investment And Finance" & "management & development" two days ago.
Who can give me any information about them.

such as follows~

1.Heriot-Watt is an exceptional university in the UK, but it's not common and popular for Asia.
   Therefore, it's difficult to get further informations about Heriot-Watt.
    Besides, in this course, how's the rate about the overseas students?

2.When talking this field of real estate, lots of people will associate with Reading、Oxford Brookes、Cass....etc.
    How's the strength if I study in Heriot-Watt? The graduates develop their careers smoothly or popularly?

3.As far as I know that some schools arrange the field trips and internships in courses.
   Does Heriot-Watt also have these arrangements? If the answer is YES, do we wanna afford the fees or free?
