新人关于奖学金申请

还没拿到offer，收到Newcastle的奖学金申请邮件，这是怎么回事阿。

NUIPS – NEWCASTLE UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL POSTGRADUATE AWARD

Congratulati##被过滤## on receiving an offer at Newcastle University for 2009-10 entry. I am writing to advise you about our postgraduate scholarship scheme for international students – the NUIPS award.

这个纽卡已经道歉了，说是犯了个错误，只要接到offer，不论unconditional 或con都可以申的，去官网下表格填，然后email过去就行了~
