我八月底要去南安，请问是住学校宿舍好，还是租房好？
租房怎么租?找中介吗？学校附件的大概多少钱一个月？

Normally,  to set a price is mainly accordng to  
location (the safer and closer the more expensive),
size (the bigger the more expensive),
quality (the decorated one is more expesive),
and rental period (the longer the cheaper).

其实中介的房源是多点，不过费用贵了点，学生找房子中介费大概100磅多吧，不花算拉。
其实我是觉得自己租房子好点的，因为我遇到的室友都好好，不过这个要看运气的，而且每个人看法也不同。
这个论坛就有很多租房子的广告啦，也许有适合你的，或者大学网站上也有租房子的广告。
