We have a single room available in a house on Granby Grove which is literally one minute away from Highfield Library. The house will be shared with three Chinese final-year undergraduates who are doing Economics, Electronics and Computer Sciences respectively. All are friendly, well-mannered, hard-working and sports-loving boys.

In the house, there is a large seperate lounge, fully-equiped kitchen, a nice-size back garden, one toilet and one bathroom. Internet will be provided upon moving in. The whole house is kept in a very good condition. 200 pounds per calendar month excluding bills to a very helpful and friendly landlord.
