租房历史：
University Hall (not Surrey): shared with another 4 guys, 6 months
private house: shared with another 2 girls, 9 months
lodger: shared with a young English couple (landlord), 2 years and 2 months
相处融洽，每次都顺利拿回全额deposit

欲寻Guildford住房一间，要求：
时间：1 Jan 2007之前
必备：宽带（不限流量）、off-road parking
安全：附近少偷盗事件、少坏小孩骚扰
其他：干净、安静
single/double room均可，大小不重要，shared house/flat or lodger均可，coucil tax可商量
