Two double rooms with single beds in a 3-bed house will be available from 1 Jul. The rooms are spacious , and the kitchen is huge.

The house is on Burgess Road, less than 10 min to ECS, 10 secs to the bus-stop.

The rooms are fully furnished, and one of them was furnished half a year ago with new wardrobe, chest, and desk.

The rent is 52, and 54 per week including water bills.

Renting Period: From1st Jul, a year's contract is perferred, short term (1st Jul~30th Sep) rent is acceptable.
