[求助]关于aston的申请表有几项不是很清楚，请好心人帮忙指点一下好吗？

大家好，我刚刚从网上下载了aston研究生的申请表格，有几项填写的内容不是很确定，能否有填过aston申请表的好心人帮我指导一下呢，不盛感激．

关于表格的第四项educational record这一栏，我是不是只填大学的就可以了，不用填初中和高中了吧，title of degree就是bachelor吧，那我想问qualificati##被过滤## awarded是指所获得的证书吗，不知道教师资格证算吗？

还有就是第５项examinati##被过滤## still to be taken 是指还要参加的考试吗？我现在已经毕业了，工作一年，没有什么考试要参加是不是就不用填这一项了．另外我想问一下第８项的professional qualiti##被过滤##,是指什么呢，和第４项里的qualificati##被过滤## awarded一样吗？

最后关于第１２项的additional information 是说的ps还是别的什么啊？

你要寄什么材料啊？是申请表么？那应该是寄到aston graduate school才对吧……你应该到学校的网页上查一下才有最可靠的答案。

谢谢小米，我还想咨询一下，我发现他的邮寄地址和以前的不一样了，一个是aston graduate school ,aston university birmingham B7 4ET,另一个是inernatinal office aston university aston triangle ,birmingham B4 7ET请问那一个才是正确的，我应该把材料寄到那里啊，谢谢

I think it will be all right for you to provide only undergraduate record. Nobody here would cares about your middle school. Title of degree may includes your course name, while qualificati##被过滤## awarded should be Bachelor.

Professional qualificati##被过滤## is the qualificati##被过滤## you got during your work, but not the undergraduate studying.

additional information is flexible, just use it try to pursuade them to accept you.
