关于带汇票交学费和宿舍费的解答

本人准备带汇票过去，可是苦于细节问题，一直没有办下来。最近发邮件详细问了一下学校。目前得到的官方答复：
1。宿舍和学费的汇票抬头都是"Newcastle University"
2.汇款的数目：如果在规定时间内一次性付款，汇票上的金额就是扣除了2%的折扣和你已经交的押金。我是交了500镑的宿舍费和1500的押金，所以是扣除了2000镑。
3。至于是开在一张汇票还是分开开，呃，抱歉我忘记问了。为了保险我分开开。
4。开汇票的时候记得把自己的学号填上

由于在群上问了很久，都没有准确的官方答复，所以我想这些应该对即将出去的同学有用。我的专业是HRM，至于其他专业的我还不清楚。如果其他同学有了解的可以补充一下，谢谢！
以上是我问了学校以后给的回复,下面给一段原文：
Thank you for your enquiry. Yes the details you have quoted are correct. You can deduct the amounts you have already paid from the total amounts of your tuition fees and accommodation. Payments should be made out to Newcastle University

Thank you for your enquiry. Cheques must be made payable to “Newcastle University”. Cheques can be delivered either by post or by hand to Student Services. Please ensure that your student number is written on the back of the cheque to enable us to identify the correct account.
Please ensure you quote your student number as the reference.最后祝大家在留学的道路上一切都顺利吖！~~

非常有用，我正上愁呢。不过楼主，今天我又看了一遍学校给我发的邮件，好像没有汇票缴费这一项啊。
