关于conditional offer换正式offer

小弟5月31号递交的申请，话说已经很晚。。。现在收到了con-offer，条件有三个：1，（Award of your Bachelor degree with an overall grade of 75%），学位证是么？；2，提交护照复印件；3，Receipt of a final transcript showing the overall grades achieved（完整成绩单）
我现在想上传文件，为什么传不了？？

啊对了，就是说我一上传文件就会显示“File Not In Correct Format ”，下面就是一行小字：
“This application has been processed. It is no longer possible to attach additional documents”到底是怎么回事啊，这都多少号了，offer还没下来呢。。。还能不能去纽大了啊
