大家好：
最近我收到申请的大学e-mail.我有点不明白。
i am pleased to inform you that the admissi##被过滤## board has recommended that you be offered a place, as detailed in this letter. study programme : msc in international business management course fees : £9600 mode : full time centre : unis - guildford start date : 20 september 2004 deposit :- £1000 due by 18 february 2004 outstanding balance :- £8600.00 due by 1 september 2004 if you wish to accept this offer please pay instalments by the due dates. cheques should be made payable to the university of surrey and sent to the finance office (bs) in school of management.
是不是意思我可以拿到offer了，还有要交定金是不是在2.18以前？可我申请了别的学校，还想等等看。那该怎么办？
