很多STUDENT由于在假期打FULL TIME, 可能导致个人所得税的计算有误. 个人所得税的计算方法是

4,745 英镑以下是免税的.

以上的2,020 英镑10% 征

以上的29,380 英镑 22% 征

以上的40% 征.

每年的4 月是 TAX YEAR. 你会收到P60 从你的EMPLOYER. and your total income for the year will be stated. then you can follow the formula that i just gave to you to calculate if your are overcharged. if so , you can go to a local tax enquiry office to claim your tax back.

大部分学生所用的Tax Code都是B/A(Basic Rate)，这样每年的Personal Allowance都没有扣除，所以在一个新的Tax Year开始后都应该去税局退税
