房子位于 131 Mayfield Road，是四人间，位置非常好，离校区只有 5 分钟的步程。可以直接上 Google Map 查看房子的位置。

房子具体信息：
1. 4 beds (1 large, 2 mediums, 1 small)
2. 1 toilet, 1 bath with shower
3. 2 freezers, dining area, large kitchen
4. 1 large common room
5. 2 car park spaces
6. Five mins from University
7. Local helpful landlord

Rent：1200

合约：15 Sep 2014 - 15 Sep 2015

其他：

1. 我本人在那里住了两年，内部装修环境很好，common room很舒服，有大沙发和桌子，很适合聚餐。
2. 房东是英国人，一名是教师，另外一名是园林师，都是非常友好的英国本地房东，绝对没有印度房东那般的恶习。
3. 最好是能够组好队 4 个人一起同时入住，这样方便一次过签好合同，免除之后另外找室友同时需要新签订合同的麻烦。
