精算专业的问题

听说herriot-watt大学的精算可以免掉核心课程8门，故申请了该学校。现有一堆关于该专业的问题如下
1.该专业一个年级有多少学生，中国学生占多少。
2.该专业毕业率如何
3.当地就业率如何，毕业后走向。
4.大约每年有多少学生免掉8门专业课？
万分感谢有人回答，为广大迷途中的学生指点迷津

2应该不低的
3现在英国就业率肯定低还留在那里比较困难的
4不知道。。

根据08-09年的postgraduate prospectus和我问course director(15/07/2009)的回复,

The Department of Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics is part of the School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences (MACS ) at Heriot-Watt University, and of the Maxwell Institute for Mathematical Sciences.

The (MACS) School has around 140 staff and 1,000 students - about 200 of these are working towards a Masters Degree and another 70 are preparing for a PhD.

(MACS)又分两个系
****Department of Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics
****Department of Computer Science


精算与统计系下面就三个MSc，精算，金融数学，还有个新开的数量风险管理

course director还跟我说，MSc in Financial Mathematics大概是每年40个人，中国人每年1-2个，
据学长说Financial Mathematics前几年这几个分别来自北航、复旦、大连理、西工大等国内高校

精算是他家王牌，大概人数会多点，每年大概有10个中国人来修MSc/PG Diploma Actuarial Science

这么native/non-Chinese的环境在英国大学里应该是很难找的了
