B: Well, I guess one thing I can do is ask around for you and see if anyone’s got wind of a place.

B: It's 150 a month, due on the first of every month.
一个月１５０，每月一号交钱．
A: Can you go down a little?
能便宜点么？
B: No. it's firm. For only 150 a month it's a real bargain so i'd just take it if i were you.
不，不能讨价还价．一个月才１５０，太便宜了．我要是你的话早就租下来了．
A: Okay . i think i will take it.
B: Great. When do you want to move in?
A: How about 1 o'colock this afternoon?
B:Fine. i'll be expecting you then.
好，我到时候等你．
