Three rooms in the Englefield Green

There is a big room available in four bedrooms house in Englefield Green. The house has a nice garden, parking place, a living room, a kitchen and two toilets which shared with four people. All the facilities, such as a washing machine, two fridges, a microwave, etc in the house are complete. It’s 15 mins walk from the university. Note that there is a Chinese boy, and two Chinese girls already taken three of four rooms

The big room has brandy new furniture, and a new mattress. The rent for this room is £320/month. Note that you have to sign a joint 12 month contract which starts on 09/09/2007. The rent mentioned above does not include the bills which share with four people in the house. Normally, the bills should be £20-40 per month depends on different seas##被过滤##.
