Excellent location, 7 min walking distance to university and 2 min to bus stop to center down (uni -link. NO 2 , 7).One doule room has good size and very good condition which just been refreshment this month, brand new floor, double bed. The room provide study desk, computer, 18'' TV, book shelf ,cloth storage and double heating. The room face to south and very light and warm during the winter. excellent  package vaule £ 65 p/w inclding very thing( all the bill, daily using such washing machine, dry clothing, toliet tissue, shampoo, showe gel, kitchen stuff etc). The whole house is keeping  excellent clean and quite condition for people student and work. Amzing vaule for single student study package. Is it possible to get summer discount? Most of my friends pay 50-60% of the rent during summer.

Generally speaking, most of us prefer to use our own shampoo, showe gel, kitchen stuff...So, in that case, is the price negotiatable?
