Facility: >> two new fridges, one freezer, one new washing machine, one new micrewave, new oven and safe cooker
>> very large bathroom with good condition shower and comfortable water controller
>> two toilet (upstairs and downstairs) with good condition
>> intelligent house tempreture control
>> night-light, door-bell and other personlised design
etc.

We are three kindly male phd student and looking for a nice friend to join in.
