single room will be available on 27 July. Both long term and short term are welcome. In this room,
new flooring, new wall paiting, new bed and
new chair plus internet connection and digital
LCD TV. The size of the single room is 3mX2.5m and so could used as small double room.

Also a double sun facing room (4mX5m) will be also available on 1 Sep.
In this double room, a new double bed, one two-seat sofa,
two Internet connection, a digital TV plus DVD player, a big table and two
new study chairs.

Of course, the whole house must be very nice too. For example,
there are two toilets and a big gardens. Moreover, We believe
we have verything you need, but if you still have any special
requirements we can put them into c##被过滤##ideration.
The house locates at Blenheim Gardens (1 min
to uni and 3 min to the libray). And Within 10-20 mins there are three supermarkets.

The rental rate is negotiable according to individual siruati##被过滤##.
