· The candidate will be handling cases coming from Premium Enterprise Customers, Channels/Partners/Resellers as well as act as escalation point to our Level 2 support engineers.
· Will be working closely with software development team and Service Engineering Group in identifying and resolving the problem.
· Effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide soluti##被过滤## to complex technical issues
· Technical Training, Coaching, Mentoring
· Product Testing/Beta Testing
· Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery
· On Call , 24x7 Email and Phone Support, willing to be assigned on night shifts
· And other duties required as defined by management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills
Specific Skills requirement:
The applicant can fall in any of these expertise:
(1) Security C##被过滤##ultant/Professional
· Minimum three (2) Years experience on IT Security
· Experience and knowledge in two or more of the following areas:
- VPN, Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure
- Penetration Analysis, Information Security Planning, Security Policy Development, Intrusion Detection, Threat Analysis, Virus Control - Network Security, Operating System Security, Internet Security
· Security Certificati##被过滤## a plus (ex. CISSP, SANs, GIAC, ICSA, etc)
· Experience in Windows OS and Unix is preferred
(2) Network Administrator
· Minimum three (2) Years experience as a Network Administrator
· MCSE Certified for Windows NT/2000 or Linux/Solaris Certified Administrator an advantage
· Working knowledge in any of the following Applicati##被过滤##:
- Sendmail, MS Exchange Server, Lotus Notes
- MS Proxy, ISA, Firewalls (Checkpoint)
