Job Description:

Follows-up all the finance tasks dealing with ASB’s export projects. Thus cooperates with General Project Manager (GPM), Legal Units Finance Departments and others. He/ she is resp##被过滤##ible for cost control, budget applicati##被过滤## and financial reports and contributes to ASB’s Overseas Business Department.

1. Validates order and sales registrati##被过滤## booked respectively by Commercial Operation Department and Central Program Management as per Unit Policies

2. Defines the Accrued Billing quarterly

3. Defines the Sales Order structure applicable for the best contractual and financial follow-up by cooperation with GPM

4. Reassesses monthly the risks and opportunities of the project, updates margins at completion and related reserves with validation from controller(s) of according Business Group

5. Follows-up Outside Inventory and Receivables

6. Prepares the monthly Project Review and the Quarterly Margin Follow-Up in close cooperation with GPM

7. Validates anticipation programs and field trials in the “Advance Contract” work-flow

8. Ensures the implementation of the financial policies

9. Implements specific procedures of according Business Group (not covered in the above) in Project Follow-Up

10. If needed provides information to Tendering/ Offer Control in
