BUT STUDENT
I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet the requirements of paragraph 57, in paticular:
You rae able and intend to follow such a course.
You intend to leave the UK at the end of your studies.
BECAUSE
The course you propose to study is widely available in China, leads to the same qualification at significantly cheaper cost and you cannot satisfactorily explain why you do mot undertake the course here. I note that since you graduated from university in 2000, you have not sought to further your academic qualification since that time. You have provided the vaguest account as to your motivation for undertaking the course at this time and as such I cannot be satisfied that you are a geniune student who is able and intends to follow the proposed course of study.
You have been unable to satisfactorily explain how your course will be benefit to you or enhance your future prospects and as such I am not satisfied that the cost of these studies is proportionate to your current economic circumstances and advantages that you might derive from this course of study.
Your account of your personal, economic and social circumstances and how you will use these studies does not satisfy me, on the balance of probabilities, that you intend to leave the UK on completion of your course.
