语言成绩是一定要提交么？？？？？

读研究生，不用上语言，
我的cas里面是这样写的
ENGLISH LANGUAGE: The student has knowledge of English Language equivalent to B2 in CEFR in all 4 components, as outlined in the Immigration Rules Appendix A, Para. 118 C) i) 4. The student does not need to provide documents to support the English language assessment.
请教一下，是不是就不用提交语言成绩了呀？这种情况下 appendix8 里面的 5.6 Put a cross (X) in one box to indicate how you meet the minimum English language requirement relevant to your course. 是不是选择 Your sponsor is a Higher Education Institution, and has made its own assessment of your English language ability呀？谢谢！！！

你交一张语言成绩单的纸上去不会重十公斤吧？如果不会重那么多，就交！！干嘛老是想着这个不用交那个不用交的。
