One Room Available Close to University

1. Rent per month: ￡273 pound including utility (electricity, gas, water and internet)

2. Availability: immediate (9 July onwards to September end. However can be extended further)

3. Address: 79 Mayfield Road, Southampton,UK. Post Code: SO17 3SW (only 7 minutes walking distance from the University)

4. Inventory: one single bed, one study table and chair, one very big wall-cupboard, radiator for heating, carpet on the floor. Shared kitchen with all necessary amenities e.g. microwave oven,electrical oven and hob, one freezer and two refrigerators (more thansufficient for four people's use), shared bathroom with one wash-basin, one toilet and one shower cubicle. One washing machine and one vacuum cleaner (sharedby four flatmates). Currently the flatmates are Indians, very friendly andmature in nature.
One is doing PhD andtwo are doing MSc in the University of Southampton.

The room is facing south-west and so sunlight comes throughout the year. It is also facing the back garden. The house has one garage for common use. Enough placeis available at the garden to do BBQ and enjoy the sun with friends.
