OFFER的第一页是说一些条件，和学时等等！
在被面有这样一段话：

A)        please complete the reply/financial guarantee form as soon as possible and return to the postgraduate registry. Let me know on the form who will be paying your fees. If you are still looking for a sp##被过滤##or, please say so.
B)        If the offer of admission made is subject to academic or English language conditi##被过滤##, you should arrange to send me a certified copy or transcript of your final examination results/degree certificate(in English) and your English certificate as soon as available

然后是另一张表：

*If your sp##被过滤##oring body fails to meet the cost of your fees, you will become personally resp##被过滤##ible for this.
