如果是以签合同的方式按月付钱，服务商提供一定数量的免费时间,英国O2和ORANGE手机的用户可以打免费长途到很多国家。拨 0870 7947382 + 国家号 + 地区号 + 电话号码，周一到五；周末拨 0844 5707382 + 国家号 + 地区号 + 电话号码。因为不是所有的手机都免费，所以一定要和你的手机供应商确认。用固定电话打就是付‘the price of a national call'了。这是我收到的广告。
