收到约克的一封信，不大明白，大家帮帮忙吧

我的疑问：我明明已经提交了正式的申请材料呀，为什么没有呢？我现在该怎么办？？
我是3月1号交的申请，4号收到系里的回复说被系主任推荐，已送交University's Graduate Schools Office (GSO)。这封邮件是昨晚收到的。不太明白其含义，请哪位高手支支招啊！！
信的内容是这样的：
