The house is located at 65 Prospect Street, Lancaster, only 10mins walk from the city centre. The house has one furnished reception, one bathroom, four fully furnished study bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dryer and a storage space for bicycles.

There is a fish and chips shop and Chinese take-away opersite the house; a convenience shop, a pub, a sandwich bar a few doors away. And the bus stop is within five minutes walk. There is free parking place at the front or at the back of the house.
