收到了Newcastle的International Financial Analysis MA 的condition offer。请问各位同学下面划线句是什么意思？本人是学会计的，就想知道是不是毕业时候给ACCA证书？
第二点，这边学费比Glasgow的同样专业贵3000棒子是因为这句话吗？（我也收到格拉斯哥大学的con-offer了）
