谢大 学费 住宿费 刷卡要手续费吗?  听银行的工作人员说有的学校手续费的~!

手续费的问题要看你用的卡在学校交费的时候人家怎么看待你这笔交易的！

举例说明：中国银行的长城国际卡的说明上写的很清楚：（本人照着说明书上打下来的）

对于非签卡交易（如：向对方提靠卡号支付学费、贷款，或者。。。），须向对方确认其是否为当地银行的特约商户，以明确您支付的费用是否属于消费交易。否则，如属转帐交易，将按取先办理，收取取现手续费。

不是吧，为什么不收汇票呀？

貌似DC的宿舍合同里面费用只有“debit”（借记），宿舍的押金到可以从“debit card（借记卡），credit card（信用卡），cash（现金），cheque（支票）”中选则方式支付！

1. Bank transfer. This can be arranged pre-arrival and can be for the full amount (the total figure given in Section A) or just for the advance rental payment of 250. You must bring your receipt with you. The bank details for Opal 2 are as follows:

3. Debit card. As long as you have paid your advance rental fee of 250 on in advance or arrival, you are allowed two weeks in which to get a UK bank account. You can then pay the remainder of your fees by debit card.
4. In instalments, by direct debit. You can pay in instalments by direct debit once you have set up your bank account.  Your first instalment will be due within the first two weeks, the second will be due on 1st March
