(1) Single Rooms are available from the end of July and Aug, respectively.
     If you just need a couple of days, I can also
    rent to you at rent of 10 pounds per day including everything.
    It is a room like hotel room but much much cheaper than hotel room.

    Price is much cheaper than university accommodation. The price is based on
    market price, about 55 pounds per week (about 240 pounds per month,
However, in summer you can get 10% discount), and
    negotiatable according  to the indivdial cases. Last year, market price for such a
    single room in  this area is 240 pounds per month including water, TV, and
     Internet bills. You should realised this year evrything's price  is increased.
     However, in summer you can get 10% discount.

  *Ours is much closer to the main campus than the university accommodation.

   *The other condition would not be worse than those of the university one.
     University one has internet, we have. University one has no TV but we have
     LCD digital TV. University one has no sofa but we have.

(2) Double room  双人间是4mX5m，sun facing. The internet connected
including cable and wireless. Also includes 27 inches TV plus SKY .
So you can seat in three-seat leather sofar  to watch 凤凰卫视中文台.
Enjoy life, why not? All funitures in this room are two years old and
at top quality of its kind.

房租约75 镑 per week 从8月15号to let, for long term contract,
TV, Internet and water  are free.

房子 is in the best and safest area aroun the university: Highfield.
离大学近走路1分钟. 离大学图书馆走路3分钟,离bus station 走路3分钟. 走路10-20分钟,
four supermarkets.
