Based in Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou, you will be developing business proactively whilst managing repeat business by understanding clients’ critical hiring needs and providing them with timely recruitment soluti##被过滤##. Over time, the c##被过滤##ultant should establish an impressive reputation as a recruitment expert in the specialised vertical. Besides business development, the incumbent will network and research extensively within the specialised market to identify key talents and help them enhance their careers by introducing them to excellent opportunities from your clients.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced recruiter with proven track record of success and has at least 2 years of recruitment experience. We would also c##被过滤##ider commercially astute and accomplished sales professionals from the said sectors, who are motivated to pursue an alternate career in executive search. Applicants should dem##被过滤##trate high energy level and a strong desire to succeed, in addition to exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in particular confidence in developing relati##被过滤##hips over the phone and capability in developing business at senior level. Fluency in English language skills is essential whilst Mandarin language skills would be an advantage though not necessary.
