请看学校给我回的e-mail:

Yes, we did recieve your email with information on your flight details. We
have already got you on our list of arrivals for the pick-up service. Our
university representative will be at the airport information desk of
Heathrow's Terminal 4 from around 4pm. This means that you will have to wait
at the airport for quite a while if your flight arrives in the morning.
Please could you therefore confirm to us whether you still wish to benefit
from this service. If not, there are regular National Express coach services
to Southampton departing directly from Heathrow airport.

We look forward to hearing from you soon,

学校也没回偶的信啊！不过我坐VIRGIN的从上海走，到HEATHROW是下午5点50，出关取行李的要到7点了吧。不知道学校的接机到几点结束啊？？

实在不行的话，如果是16点之前到也好办，就去terminal4找他们吧，
否则还是打个电话比较稳妥：）good luck

还好，我坐英航的航班，15：25到，拿完行李，应该还赶得上，劫机服务帮不帮着
