好房子求合租（多谢各位感兴趣的朋友，房子已经都租出去了：）

4 bedrooms house now is available. Three single rooms vacant, close to HIghfield Campus, 6 mins by walking. Nice house, big kitchen with new facilities, clean rooms with new furnitures. Wanted three nice guys to share the house with us. We are all students in university of Southampton. Tenancy will begin at 1st September. 现在还有一个大的single room left。屋子刚刚粉刷过，床，衣柜，床头柜都是新的。house里面的电器也都是新的，很干净，舒适。想租房子的朋友，请速跟我联系，有房子的照片，可是太大了，无法上传，也欢迎直接来看房子。

房子真的不错，房东人也很好，厨房会换新的冰箱，洗衣机，还有oven。dining room会买新的桌子和椅子。bedroom里面会添新的bed和desk，有意者速与我联系。相对来讲房价也很便宜。

not exactly if u want a room under 50, and it is hard to find a room under 50 around the campus, I'm afraid
