[求助]谁能给我点意见??有关学费分期付款的问题...急急急

当初交学费的时候是分期付款的,分两次付清,先交了一大部分钱,上了一段时间的课觉得不好,就想换个学校,这样我觉得剩下的钱我也不应该在交,毕竟我要结束我的课程,为什么还要交剩余的钱呢?今早收到来自学校的邮件,这样写到Please note that although you are now back in your country and have decided not to continue with your course, your course fee still remains outstanding, which is 1,900, so therefore we would grateful if you could make payment asap to settle this amount, otherwise we may have to take it to third parties.

大家谁能给我点意见,这钱不交可不可以啊???毕竟挣钱不容易,我也不能不在那读书还要交费啊,但是又不知道如果不交会有什么后果??谁也有这样的经历?请帮帮我!
