告诉处理材料的##被过滤##，你的package里面都有什么东西。
注意：写的顺序要与材料文件的排放顺序一致！

(1)        a completed application form;
(2)        two recommendation letters directly from my professors;
(3)        my statement of purpose;
(4)        two official transcripts of my undergraduate academic record, first three years, one in Chinese and another in English;
(5)        two certificati##被过滤## of graduation, one in Chinese and another in English;
(6)        a photocopy of my TOEFL score report, with my signature; If you need the official transcript of my TOEFL, please contact with me, and I will request ETS to send it to you directly.
