One minute walking distance to the University highfield campus and about 3 minutes to the
University Library. Particularly suitable for Chinese visiting scholars
because the landlord paid council tax for them. And they can move to double
room when they family come but move back to small one if they like.
Most tenants in recent years are Chinese visiting scholars. Currently,
they are PhD students and visting scholars.

The room quality is higher than the average but the price is lower than average.
Each room has Internet access point. Wireless Internet connection
is also available. Each room has TV, as well. The immediately available
double is 3.4mX3.4m with everything you need. The house facilities meet
the goverment standard.

Anyway, a long term is preferred but a short term could  also be considered.
In particualr, if you cannot decide long term or short term,
you can try a short period of time.
