Tesco , Sainsbury 是典型的英国超市

Asda 不过是Walmart 在英国市场竞争的weapon
Walmart 在德国的实力也不弱
法国的carefour强，而且carefour仅次于walmart所以，它在法国差些

而且smart price是Walmart 中给穷人最好的性价比提示

Asda的市场定位就是低价，没什么可抱怨的，想买好东西去贵超市嘛，像waitrose,sainsbury,iceland等等，不过英国最大的还是tesco,asda排第二，不过差别很小。walmart就是强啊！

Although focusing on lower price and lower quality product, Asda proves to find the right market niche and succeeds in the competitive market.

TESCO want to get the permission to china market, and the top excutives have been to Beijing and had a series conversation with our government. Though carefour has got quite a few supermarkt in large cities, due to the effective and advanced supply chain management and logistics system, it is not powerful enought to encounter the challenge in the future.

asda说实话质量一般，但是基本能满足需要。我的经验而言，一些别的超市，比如Safeway，iceland里面的东西质量的确比asda好一些。
