然后附件是表格。难道要把这个填好扫描回去后durham才会给发uncon吗？

我收到了,就是把这个表格填好发过去了~~这个表叫Document A,感觉填完了以后从它的内容判断,应该还要陆续填很多表,我印象不深了,这个应该是跟签证要用的CAS有关~
