2010-01-14重庆递签今天中午1点是been forwared to the UK embassy/c##被过滤##ulate下午3点一样状态；下午四点就直接your passport ready for collection了‘’‘’这么快过的可能大还是杯具的可能大啊！

明早去取，，求祝福啊！

1）护照2本--------------一本新的，一本过期的，旧的交了复印件
           2）visa letter
           3）建行资金证明+加叫签证中心帮我翻译的翻译件-------递签时刚存满29天，翻译件临时发现没有叫交钱，我就交了，我说什么时候翻好？签证中心MM说他们翻好了给我放进去，叫我不用管。
           4）学位证+复印件+翻译
           5）毕业证+复印件+翻译
           6）IELTS成绩单原件+复印件
           7）以前在英国做短期访问学者的工作证+复印件
           8）以前参加SQA的教师培训结业证

兄弟们，偶被拒鸟，说是存期不够，钱也不够。但是我自己算是29天够的，也许签证官不算存进去的第一天！然后我的资金只比生活费+学费多300镑的样子！！ 看来时间和保证金还是要充裕呀！！  大家吸取教训！！

我准备明天再次交递签，，材料没有多的了，这次时间应该够了，但是资金只有那么点了，不是没有而是来不及再存了。

我写了一封信，解释我的看法，也贴出来，大家今后都可以参考我的经历，无论成败！

Funds Explanation Letter
                                                                    19th.Jan.2010
Dear Sir or Madam:

I am sincerely writing to you to explain my funds status because it may be a little confusing and I have received your visa refusal this morning, which says my funds period was not as long as required and amount insufficient.
        
Your first reason:
Funds not in bank account for a required period.
My argument:
As shown in my Personal Certificate of Deposit, I put my money into my bank account on the day 17th Dec. 2009 and I submitted my visa application and the bank certificate of deposit on the 14th Jan. 2010. To make it clear we can devide the period into two parts to count the days when my money was frozen under my account:
1) From 17th Dec. 2009-----31st Dec. 2009:
The 17th is the first day and by the end of the 31st Dec.2009, there had been 15 days for the money frozen in my account.  
2)Then From 1st Jan 2010------14th Jan 2010,
There had been 14 days for my money frozen in my account
Meanwhile I would like to prove it in a table herebelow:

Your second reason:
Amount insufficient.
My arguement: As stated in the Visa Letter, The tuition fees of my XXXX program is GBP8300
                                     Accommodation service bond        GBP300
                                     Maintenace out of London          GBP5400
                                     In total                          GBP14000
                               Minus (--) Value of Free Accommodation    -GBP2719
                        Tuition fees and Accommodation Bond paid so far    -GBP793
                              ------------------------------------------------------------------------
                            Finally I need to pay for the first year          GBP10488
                              ------------------------------------------------------------------------
                        My money in bank as stated in the bank certificate    RMB121700
(*Exchange Rate: 1 pound to 11.2 yuan) My money Converted into Sterling Pounds: GBP10769
SO MY FUNDS IS PERFECTLY ENOUGH FOR MY TUITION FEES AND MAITENANCE of the first year.

And according to the rules I certainly deserve the entry clearance.
