if you are going to choose the project for ur dissertation. select the supervisor who has connection with industry.
also ,the EIA course and building design are musts for the SET .

there are many freshers asking me about the job searching.

I have some tips here.
1st, if you want to go to work after graduation next year, then you have to send out all ur applicati##被过滤## by the mid of Nov.
2nd, during the period from Sep to Jan, you can only work full-time with a non pernement role, namely you can't work for most companies' graduate sheme, due to the visa restriction, if you haven't found a job during ur study.
3rd, there are several ways for the PR.
post study visa+T1 : this one is fit for most students ,but you have to be prepared for a 6 to 12 gap from ur gradutation to work
or T2+T1.( if you can find a company that is ready to support you for the working visa during your study)
