A super cheap room to let!

A reasonable size single room, £35 only p/w !! (exclude bills)
Available from 5th December. Because they bought a house and will move out.
Next to the highfield campus, 3 minute by walking!
Gas oven, gas heating, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner.
Spatial back yard.
Living with another two Chinese students (one male, one female)

You should be:
Chinese first (because this house has been occupied by Chinese for years)
Quiet
Non-smoker
No pet please
Long term preferred

It's said if you notice the ****ing Accommodation Office in advance (~ 1 month), they would release you.
Perhaps, who would have a try? I don'r want to go to the AO any more.
