I am a new student from China. I live in Glen Eyre. I have difficuly in communicating with local poeple. Could you give me some advice about improving my speaking ang listerning English? Thank you in advance.

if you have time, try to find a job.
if you don't have time, you could change a place to live,maybe living in the host family,it will give you much help.

你呢就别希望听懂所有的词汇，注意他们的节奏，只要注意好节奏，然后看看他们发音的特点，就能模仿出他们的腔调，如果你自己能模仿出来，应该就会好些。
